Breaking News: Motorcyclist Reportedly Hit Tree on Hwy 36

CHP dispatch is reporting that a motorcyclist hit a tree near Swimmer’s Delight off of Hwy 36. Scanner traffic is saying this is near mile marker 12.6. An ambulance is on the way.

Please be careful driving in the area as emergency vehicles are responding to the scene.

UPDATE 7p.m.: Scanner traffic indicates that the motorcyclist was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
