Accident by Piercy/Ambulance Rolling

Breaking News: About 12:48 p.m., a big rig carrying a bulldozer collided with a pickup near Piercy on Hwy 101. An ambulance is headed towards the scene. We’ll be monitoring. We’ll update with information as it comes in. Meanwhile, the CHP dispatch information on this accident is available here.

UPDATE 1:18 p.m.: According to CHP dispatch, the southbound number two (outside lane) is closed at the overcrossing. The pickup involved is a four door Dodge Ram.
