UPDATE 10:00 A.M.: CLMP is reporting that the Mendocino Sheriff Dept. is now on Bell Springs Rd.
CLMP (Civil Liberties Monitoring Project) is reporting multiple sheriff and Fish and Wildlife vehicles headed north from Laytonville. There is a chipper with the convoy.
