Fortuna Police and Humboldt County Drug Task Force Find ‘Substantial Amount’ of Marijuana
This evening, the Fortuna Police Department and the Humboldt County Drug Task Force worked together on an arrest for marijuana transportation. The above photo was taken roughly around 5 P.M. at the Kenmar onramp to 101.
According to Kristin Biernacki who took the above photo, law enforcement was “emptying a cargo trailer of large garbage bags.”
At this time, said a lieutenant with the Fortuna Police, details haven’t been sorted out but a “substantial amount” of marijuana was found. LoCO will attempt to get further details tomorrow.
