Man with a Bandaged Face Uses Stolen Card/ Tattoo on His Left Hand May Provide a Clue to His identity

Persons of Interest: Unknown, but has a tattoo on the back of his left hand.

On November 11, 2013 a Deputy from the Trinity County Sheriff’s Office took a …report of a purse [taken] from a vehicle in a Weaverville neighborhood. An ATM card from the stolen purse was used at Umpqua Bank in Weaverville the next morning. Investigators from the Trinity County Sheriff’s Office obtained video footage from the ATM at Umpqua Bank in Weaverville. The suspect has wrapped his face in what appears to be an ace bandage. There is a partial display of a tattoo on the back of his left hand.

Detectives at the Trinity County Sheriff’s Office are requesting the public’s assistance in locating the suspect. If you recognize the tattoo from the video footage or have any other information regarding this incident please contact Detectives at 530-623-1227.
