Law Enforcement Staging near Piercy
CLMP (Civil Liberties Monitoring Project) reports that law enforcement began staging on the riverbar near Piercy about three miles south of the Humboldt CO. line this morning. According to CLMP’s report, there are vehicles as well as a blue helicopter in the area. [Updated to reflect a count of 7-10 vehicles]
