CLMP:Multiple Sheriff Vehicles Headed South

The Civil Liberties Monitoring Project (CLMP) and readers have reported multiple sheriff vehicles headed south this morning on Hwy 101.

Just before 7:30 A.M. a convoy of four sheriff vehicles including one pulling a horse trailer was seen north of Myers Flat headed south.

This coincides with CLMP reporting three sheriff vehicles (also with one pulling a horse trailer) headed south on Hwy 101 about  a mile apart near Redcrest between around 7:50 A.M. and around 8 A.M.

At around 8:05 A.M., there is a report of two sheriff’s vehicles one pulling a enclosed trailer by Weott. (This may be a second sighting of the ones seen near Redcrest.)

Yesterday, there was a reader report of having seen 11 sheriff’s vehicles at around 8:30 A.M. come down from the Eel River Transfer station (the garbage dump road north of Redway) and go onto Hwy 101 headed south.
