22-Year-Old Dies in ATV Crash

California Highway Patrol Press Release:

On June 5, 2013, at approximately 1930 hours, [Josh James] Zerikotes was operating an off road ATV on private property near Condor Ct. north of Willits.  For reasons still under investigation, Zerikotes [age 22] was involved in a roll-over collision with the ATV and was injured.  Medical aid was called and Zerikotes was transported to Howard Memorial Hospital.  The California Highway Patrol was notified at approximately 2115 hours by Howard Memorial Hospital, that a collision had occurred, and Zerikotes had suffered fatal injuries.  CHP Officer Kimball responded to Howard Memorial Hospital to begin the investigation.
