EPD Seeks Public’s Help with Fatal Accident

Eureka Police Dept. Press Release:

The Eureka Police Department Traffic Section is currently investigating the fatality traffic collision that occurred on May 1st, at approximately 6:17 AM, at the intersection of Buhne St and S St. Investigators are still looking for witnesses to the collision. Several witnesses have been contacted and interviewed, however no witnesses to the actual collision have been located.

Collision Investigators are asking for the community’s assistance. Anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or may have traveled through the intersection in the moments preceding the collision are asked to call Traffic Officer Tim Jones at 441-4109.
