Record High Temperatures in Eureka and Ukiah

Temperatures soared today across Humboldt and Mendocino.  Eureka broke a previously set record for this date.  It reached 73 degrees today and the previous high was 68 degrees set back in 1998. Ukiah tied its previous record  of 92 degrees set back in 1966.

Garberville/Redway area reached 90 degrees as did Potter Valley.  Willow Creek topped at a ‘mere’ 89 degrees while temperatures rose to 97 degrees near Covelo.

Temperatures are expected to continue high through the weekend.
