UPDATE: The CHP is reporting that it is a “SEMI W/FB TLRL W /2 3-4 TON PK ”S ON IT.”  I interpret that to be a semi truck with a flat bed trailer with two 3/4 ton pickups on it.

According to the CHP site, a large vehicle (possibly a low boy) is stuck near the bridge on Zenia Bluff Rd., just east of the big Y.  It is “completely blocking the road.” They are having difficulty securing a tow truck so this could be a while.
