CHP is reporting a hit and run accident near Weott. According to the site, a grey Toyota Tacoma was hit by a possible black Nissan which left the scene.  The Tacoma was knocked off the road into a tree and traffic does not appear to be impeded. The injuries involved are minor according to a CHP spokesman out of the Garberville office.
