Fire on Fruitland Ridge Today
A Fruitland Ridge resident, Eugene Womack, reports that there was a wildland fire on Fruitland Ridge near Miranda today around 6:30 P.M. Cal Fire, he said, responded with a hand crew and water drops from a helicopter (number 102.)Fruitland Volunteer Fire Dept. also responded. The fire was contained within an hour and no structures were damaged.
