Ferndale Man Arrested Near Red Bluff

Ferndale man Julian Leonard Henneberry (AKA Julian Van Tran), age 25, was arrested near Red Bluff Tuesday evening on charges of cultivation, possession for sale, selling marijuana and possession of narcotics.  According to ChicoER.com,

Tehama County Sheriff’s deputies stopped a 2008 Nissan just before 6 p.m. on Adobe Road near Interstate 5, logs said.

A K-9 unit searched the outside of the vehicle…Then the driver, Julian Leonard Henneberry, 25, of Ferndale, admitted he had 40 marijuana clone starter plants in the trunk of his car and had recently driven to the Bay Area to sell processed marijuana.

Henneberry also had about $8000 and “several other controlled substances.” His bail was set at $75,000.
