I have heard a few stories on the news of someone getting pulled over for going too slow, and subsequently being arrested for possession of marijuana. I remember one recently in Humboldt, on 299?, where the driver was going very slow and had a long chain of cars backed up behind him. When they pulled him over they found a large number of pounds.
