Piercy Man Sentenced to Jail
According to the Ukiah Daily Journal,
On Dec. 28, [Anton Timothy] Kloiber fired a shotgun into an inside wall of his Piercy home during a fight with his wife, and debris from the blast hit the couple’s 10-year-old son in the back.
Kloiber also allegedly ripped a phone out of the wall and threw it on the ground, pointed a shotgun at his wife, then hit her in the forehead with it and threatened to kill her when she tried to take it away, according to an initial report from the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office.
He was sentenced yesterday to two years in state prison to be served concurrently with the 7 years he has already been sentenced to for gross vehicular manslaughter.
