Jian Kang–Body of Missing HSU Student Found

Channel 3 is  reporting

Breaking News: Hoopa Emergency Personnel say they are recovering the body of the 21 year old HSU student, Jian Kang from the River right now. About a 1/4 mile away from the Trinity River Bridge in Hoopa.

UPDATE:  Not so fast, Hank Sims is reporting that there is a chance that the body may be Cody Conoboy, a Hoopa resident who went missing earlier this year and is supposed to have drowned in the same river.
