Hi Kym. This is Norma Martin. (of Mike & Norma, Salmon Creek and owners of The Stonery….jewelry store in Garberville.) Just wanted you to know that we are not the Mike Martin’s involved in the story. I know that you probably already knew this, but I have gotten calls and visits from friends double checking, so I thought I should be sure to clear it up! Thanks for what you do.

Thank-you Norma
I’m sure that thought crossed everybodie’s mind. I was asked several times already if I knew who it was, and your Mike was always mentioned. So now I can be a party to setting the record straight.

Oh Norma, I’m so sorry. Of course, I knew it wasn’t you! I didn’t even think of the connection. To me, Mike is “Mike of Mike and Norma–Robert’s grandpa” not Mike Martin. I mean I know his last name but when somebody is someone that has a piece of your heart you identify them differently… Hugs, Kym
