Voting Your Pocketbook…

…doesn’t play well in Peoria.

Although, I’ll venture to guess most people do vote their wallets on a variety of subjects.

But its a sad fact that  many stories (here and here for example) getting play right now point with bitter irony at growers voting against 19.  Although the votes from Humboldt are neither powerful enough to have sunk 19 nor based solely on money issues, the irony like a succulent chocolate is too deliciously rich for the media and stoners to pass up.

We got a perception problem, folks. No wonder Esquire chose marijuana lobbyist as #7 of best new jobs for men. There appears to be a need here in the Emerald Triangle.
