It does look like a creature! Wow, you can see the bridge of his/her nose and the water streaming off of it like drool. Well, maybe not drool so much because it looks far to regal for that!
The closest moss looks like a T-rex, and the one in the middle looks like a dogs head. In psychology, I’ve read that our eyes are programmed to pick out faces. They say that the people that were able to see faces hidden in the bush lived longer.

Wow, the water looks like slime oozing downward!

Half crocodile, half dinosaur? Crocosaur? Dinodile?
Well, shucks. I like moss for moss, so my imagination isn’t working so hard. Now I feel like drinking a glass of water…
It looks like a T-Rex, with its little beady eye and blockish head, which I never would have seen without the suggestion.
Wow, that is a great picture! Love it!
Expanding your readership demographic to little boys now, Kym? 😉
That is a great photo, and, like Toni, I wouldn’t have seen w/o the hint from you.
Some people have vernal ponds, we have vernal creeks… and photographers that know how to capture them.
Eat your hearts out flatlanders!

those pretzels are making me thirsty……
It’s a gorgeous picture, I want to be there. And I can see it because I just watched a Nature program this morning on dragons. Here there be dragons.
You need to see the elephant rock above Moonstone.
Good capture of the flowing water. Where is this?
excellent… any way i can tame that puppy and sic him on people who’ve done me wrong?
feel free to send the monster my way! I want to see a dragon myself now.
