Moth Corner
Corner Creature
Daily Photo
This moth edged my couch with green–a perfect corner on symmetry. Plastering itself flat (like most moths at rest) this fellow presented itself for identification and, unlike most wildlife, waited quiescent for me to finish photographing it before it took flight. Probably a (Dichorda iridaria) but definitely a beauty.

Super shot and a lovely little creature. I swear you have some sort of agreement with Mother Nature to provide you great opportunities for shots like this.
Here’s to hating you!
😉
It’s hypnotizing! Wings within wings.
Very pretty. Gee, I’m glad I’m not the only one who hates your luck. And skill, dammit.
This moth actually looks like it is a quilt piece!
That is gorgeous.
