You must have a lot of patience to get such a great shot. My little guys hover around my fuschias but seem to know when I’m racing to my house to grab my camera. Poof! They’re gone!
Thanks guys. When I took this photo, I was outside gardening and as the hummingbird kept coming back, I got my camera and waited…and waited. But I got 3 different decent shots. So all in all worth the wait and I got a lot of gardening done while I waited.

Thanks Heidi, but Hummingbirds are a such an odd cross between a warrior and a flower that any half way decent picture is fascinating.
