This daily series is turning out to be a constant joy. There is a skill in photographing flowers and you have that skill in spades!

I have loved cactus flowers for many years. A long time ago, when I still lived in SLC, Grandma Hollis gave me a cactus from Aunt Margie’s ranch. It had beautiful yellow flowers. I wish I had been able to bring it to California with me.

I sure hope you’re going to do something with these gorgeous pictures. I know I use IStock for my book trailers and such. I love your work.
That’s absolutely stunning. A beautiful picture, captured so well.
That is beautiful, Kym. Usually my favorite flowers are orchids and the big blousey poppies but that flower is fighting them.
I love how it looks like it is floating on water.
Your photography is excellent. I love them Kym. Thanks for sharing.

Reminds me of how much I miss the cactus fruit season – Yum!
Gorgeous flower. Again, I’m so jealous of the flora you have almost at your finger tips.
This flower is actually a 3 1/2 hour drive from home in the front yard of a friend. But we do have lovely flowers here.
