We native columbines around here that are orange.

It almost looks like the same plant. I spent about five minutes deciphering that the leaves and contemplating if it could be the same plant, lol! You should enter some of our shots into the Redwood Acres Fair. Entries close on the 30th…

It will be interesting to see next year what color columbines will be in this same spot…see if they mix themselves up.

Next year an orange and purple one ? Could be. That is my favorite part about one of my very favorite plants.
